Tour Guide

Chesterwood’s Tour Guides serve as an informed and friendly ambassador for the site, providing individual or group tours to interpret the history of the site, its vast art collection, furniture, buildings and gardens, and placing them in historical and contemporary context for the visitor. This position pays $20/hour.

Visitor Services Associate

The Visitor Services Associate serves as an informed ambassador for Chesterwood, providing excellent customer service, conducting admissions and museum shop sales and support, as well as being the point person for welcoming individuals, group tours, special guests, etc. This position pays $20/hour.

INTERNSHIPS

Since the property opened to the public in 1969, interns have long been the back bone of everything we do at Chesterwood. Past interns have worked closely with our full-time staff in curatorial projects, educational programs, marketing, fund-raising, landscaping, and special events. We currently have one paid opening:
